Dr Belandia da Costa Graciana is a Permanent Senior Lecturer at the Dili Institute of Technology, specialising in Agribusiness Management and Marketing Management. She earned her PhD in Agribusiness Management and has built an academic career focusing on the intersection of agriculture, business strategy, and economic development in Timor-Leste.
Her teaching covers Entrepreneurship, Macroeconomics, Global Business, and Risk Management, providing students with the analytical and managerial skills necessary to navigate both local and international business environments.Her research interests lie in agribusiness management, business strategy, and marketing performance, with a particular emphasis on sustainable development and the competitiveness of Timor-Leste’s agricultural exports. She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, addressing topics such as the mediation effects of strategic orientation on business growth, smallholder partnerships in the coffee export sector, and the influence of product and service quality on purchasing decisions through corporate image.
