Edio da Costa is a Timor-Leste academic and doctoral-level lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at Dili Institute of Technology. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, a Master’s degree from Satya Wacana Christian University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Dili Institute of Technology. His expertise includes artificial intelligence, machine learning, text mining, natural language processing, e-learning, IT governance, data analytics, and ICT for sustainable development.
