Dr. Salustiano dos Reis Piedade is a Permanent Senior Lecturer at the Dili Institute of Technology, specialising in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. His research explores how transformational leadership, work climate, job engagement, and organisational commitment shape employee performance in both corporate and community contexts. He has published extensively on the mediating role of factors such as employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and lay participation in strengthening organisational effectiveness.
